Hi everyone! My name is Peanut, and my vet thinks I’m around 3 years old.
My story started when I was found wandering in a very rural neighborhood. Thankfully, a kind lady took me in and cared for me until the rescue could take over. Everyone was sure that someone must be looking for me, but after three weeks, no one came forward. So now I’m hoping to find the forever family I deserve. ❤️
It took me about a week to feel safe, but once I did, my true personality came shining through! I LOVE attention and would be perfectly happy being your one and only dog. The more people who pet me, cuddle me, and let me sit in their lap, the happier I am! 🥰
I don’t really play or interact with other dogs. I mostly tolerate them, but I do prefer my own space—especially when it comes to my crate and food.
🐾 A few things about me:
• I walk nicely on a leash.
• I really don’t like wearing a collar all day.
• I’m crate trained, although I’d much rather sleep in bed with you! 😉
• I LOVE sitting in laps and being close to my people.
• I learn quickly and pick up on daily routines very well.
• I love riding in the car! 🚗
• I learned how to use a doggie door in just a few days.
• My favorite snacks are baby carrots and cooked sweet potatoes. 🥕🍠
Honestly, I’m just an all-around great little pup looking for someone who wants a constant companion. If you want a girl who will happily be by your side 24/7, I might just be your perfect match. ❤️
